Conference fee

The conference fee is 420 EUR / 1750 PLN for regular participants and 350 EUR / 1450 PLN for students and PhD students. This fee covers all local expenses: accommodation, full board, and local transportation. The accompanying persons pay 475 EUR / 2000 PLN. The regular conference participants and students are partially subsidized by the Banach Center of the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Please transfer the conference fee before the payment deadline. If you can only pay on arrival, notify the organizers in advance.

Accommodation

The Conference Center is located in the village of Będlewo, and includes a neo-gothic palace and a modern hotel where participants will stay. Full board begins with dinner on Sunday, May 10, and ends with lunch on Friday, May 15. Stays until Saturday, May 16, can be arranged upon request. For more information, please visit the Center’s website and travel instructions. English is spoken at the reception desk (phone: (+48) 614 499 146). If you bring an accompanying person, need a visa invitation, or have special requests, please email the organizers.

Please ignore any unsolicited hotel offers from third parties; all accommodation is provided by the Conference Center.

Please register early. The capacity of the Conference Center is limited.

Transportation to Będlewo

Most participants arriving from abroad will fly to Poznań Ławica International Airport. You may also arrive by train at Poznań Railway Station. From either location, the best way to reach the Conference Center (approx. 30 km away) is by taxi. The reception in Będlewo groups arrivals and arranges free taxis for conference participants. It is also possible to take a train to Mosina and then a taxi from there.

If you want the reception to send a taxi, please send your arrival details before the deadline. Shortly before the conference, you will receive an email indicating where your driver will meet you. Please also keep the phone number of the reception desk in case you need assistance.

Talks

Plenary talks will last 30 minutes. We expect up to two parallel sessions with contributed talks, each lasting 20 minutes. If you wish to give a contributed talk or a poster, please indicate this in the registration form and include the title. Approval from the organizers is required for contributed/parallel talks; please wait for an email confirmation.

Posters

A poster session is planned for Tuesday evening. If you wish to present a poster, please indicate this in the registration form and include the title. Please bring the printed poster with you; the Conference Center can only print black-and-white A3 pages.
